Hummingbird Hospice's  In Memoriam

Hummingbird Hospice staff is honored to have played even a small role in the final hours of our patient's lives. We will continue to support the families of those who have passed while in our care, and will honor them by continuing to promote dignity and quality of life care in the final stages.
