At Hummingbird Hospice, a Guest Relations representative is available to assist patient and families with questions or concerns. Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service and timely responses to your needs.

Send a special note to your family or friend through our Message to Your Loved One form. All messages will be printed and hand delivered to the patient Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Messages received outside of normal business hours will be delivered the following day.

If you would like to speak with a loved one but are unsure of their residence or current contact number, our guest relations representative will be able to
assist in getting you in touch. Please contact the office at 210-908-9774 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Mail is hand delivered daily to our patients. Letters, cards, flowers, and small gifts can be sent to the office and personally delivered. Please send in care of:

Our chaplain/pastoral care is available 24 hours a day for spiritual support for you and your family. To access the chaplain, contact the office or after hours nurses hotline, and they will be notified of your request for services.
